Tasks:
- Support of the Account Managers realiseing customer projects
- consulting customers and tecnical contacts implementing and configurating PrivaSphere Secure Messaging
- help tecnical supporters of our customers
- Administrative tasks in connection with customers (user administration, billing, etc.)
- documentation of customers, projects, products and services
- support with Compliance / ISO Certification and documentation of products and services
skills:
- team player
- great PC skills on OS and program level
- MS on premise / cloud products (use and configuration)
- MS Word / MS Excel
- Windows 10/11 - Installation and support
- Other common products like MS Teams, TeamViewer, etc.
- solid comprahention of internet technologies and applications
- social skills with customers and partners
- fluent in German and English both spoken and in writing
- additional skills in French and Italian are a big plus
- high motivation to join a growth enviroment, with priorities in security and enterprise development
