Technical Supporter / Corporate Functions Support

Tasks:

  • Support of the Account Managers realiseing customer projects
  • consulting customers and tecnical contacts implementing and configurating PrivaSphere Secure Messaging
  • help tecnical supporters of our customers
  • Administrative tasks in connection with customers (user administration, billing, etc.)
  • documentation of customers, projects, products and services
  • support with Compliance / ISO Certification and documentation of products and services

 

skills:

  • team player
  • great PC skills on OS and program level
  • MS on premise / cloud products (use and configuration)
  • MS Word / MS Excel
  • Windows 10/11 - Installation and support
  • Other common products like MS Teams, TeamViewer, etc.
  • solid comprahention of internet technologies and applications
  • social skills with customers and partners
  • fluent in German and English both spoken and in writing
  • additional skills in French and Italian are a big plus
  • high motivation to join a growth enviroment, with priorities in security and enterprise development
  • interested in a long term engagement
